The big file is a telemetry capture out of the control facility at CQ-03, taken the night of the collision. Most of it is tide. There is an authorisation block in it and it does not say what the report says.
The report is the Authority's preliminary. Nine pages, as released. Page six puts the isolation command on my authorisation. Page nine prints the chain.
Every file has its sha256 next to it. If one does not match, that copy has been got at.

Station CQ-03, 14 and 15 March 2018. The archive it came out of is 14.2 GB because the ingest swallowed everything on one stream - tide and salinity and wind at one sample a minute, which is nothing, and alongside it the raw NMEA off every receiver on the yard, which is not. This is the part with the authorisation records in it.

Nine pages. Page seven is an engineer signing off that the authorisation chain is intact. The bars are theirs and the provision they relied on is cited beside each one.

The copy I cut to fit a card the night I left, and the copy my solicitor held for four years. It is the first 4,194,304 bytes of the capture above and nothing else - check it against the full file and they agree byte for byte to the cut. The authorisation block is not in it. Neither is the empty operator field. For four years my insurance did not contain the evidence.

Two pages. Eleven records my solicitor asked them to keep, fourteen days to acknowledge, sent recorded delivery and by email. Item 4 is the archive this capture came out of. Item 8 is thirty days of camera. There was never a reply on his file and I never chased it, because by June chasing it meant giving somebody a return address. The bars on this one are mine.
