Everything I have is 16 files and 44.0 MB. That is small enough to sit in a corner of anyone's storage and forget about, and it is the entire reason any of this can still be checked.
I am not asking you to host it because I am worried about bandwidth. I am asking because an archive in one place is a decision somebody else gets to make. Every copy that exists somewhere I have never heard of is one more place where this cannot quietly stop being true.

Then check what you took against the fingerprints on the archive page — if a hash does not match, tell me, because that is far more interesting than a clean download.
Put it anywhere that serves files. It does not have to be fast and it does not have to stay up forever.

I check each one before it goes on the list, and I check it again from time to time. A copy that has gone quiet stays on the list with the date it went quiet, because that is also information.
